"Animal Defense League of Arizona (ADLA) is a statewide animal protection organization that has worked since 1987 on behalf of companion animals, farm animals, wildlife, animals in laboratories, and animals in entertainment.
ADLA's largest program is the Spay Neuter Hotline which is a statewide leader in spaying and neutering companion animals and outdoor cats. It Traps, Neuters, and Returns (TNR) between 10,000 and 15,000 cats per year in Maricopa County and makes statewide referrals to low cost and no cost spay/neuter services for pets."
